How It Works:

1. Hot Air Generation: The coal-fired generator produces clean, high-temperature hot air (customizable as per process need).
2. Atomization: The concentrated calcium chloride feed is pumped and atomized into fine droplets at the top of the granulation tower using a high-pressure nozzle or centrifugal atomizer.
3. Drying & Granule Formation: The hot air is introduced into the tower, creating a counter-current or co-current flow. The water instantly evaporates from the droplets as they fall, forming solid, spherical granules.
4. Collection & Cooling: The dried granules are collected at the conical bottom of the tower, passed through a cooling system (optional), and sieved to achieve a uniform particle size.
5. Cyclone Separation: Fine particles (fines) are recovered from the exhaust air using a high-efficiency cyclone separator, minimizing product loss and improving yield.
