Our system features a food-grade conveyor belt with mesh openings ranging from 1 mm to 3 mm, providing versatility. The polyester belt, coupled with strategically placed air knives along the conveyor, ensures efficient water removal from the product's surface.

With a high-pressure blower, capable of generating variable velocities, our system excels at eliminating excess water droplets. The adjustable sylhet in the air knife system allows easy velocity customization, while the VFD-equipped belt conveyor ensures precise speed control to meet specific requirements.

Additionally, our high-pressure blower, equipped with VFD, enables fine-tuning of both flow and pressure at the air knife system outlet, offering flexibility and optimal drying performance.
